Did the Heritage Tour with excellent guide Stuart. We learned so much about Deanston’s early history and contributions to Scotland’s early industrial revolution. Of equal interest was learning about the very artisan process of whiskey production at the distillery. And the tasting . . ....More

Took my dad along to the distillery on Saturday 6th October at 4pm for a tour. It was fantastic and our guide explained everything we needed to know as well as answering g questions and adding a bit of humour to the tour. Amazing history...More

Definitely worth a visit and a tour. Tours are small, and led by knowledgeable proud staff. The whisky produced there is wonderful. They have a very nice restaurant and gift shop too. Definitely worth a visit!

On approaching the distillery it is very evident that your senses are aroused by the vapour and aroma of the whisky process which tantalises your nostrils, anticipation alerted. Right here we go..... entering the reception plaques and notices highlight the beginning from mill to distillery...More

Hi, we went from Stirling took us about half an hour by bus, but from Edinburgh probably a train to Stirling around 45mins and then the bus to Deanston distillery.Hope it helps.

there are different prices starting from £9 up to £32. all three tours are the same it's just the amount of tasting at the end you want to do. 9 12 20 23 25 and 32. we took the £25 that was 4 whiskey tasting along with 4... More
