Tripadvisorā€™s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had contacted last minute to book a birthday surprise and was kindly accommodated by Janet at the centre. First time to the venue, amazing location. We had experienced friendly staff Edilh and Rebecca out with us who gave my partner reassurance as she was a little nervous at first ! Lovely friendy horses too . Would recommend.

We booked our two daughters (8 and 5) in for an hours pony trekking. It was their first time on horses and my husband and I led the pony's under the supervision of a member of staff. We all had great fun. Lovely views, calm, gentle ponies, and a nice walk over a variety of terrains. All good from a COVID perspective too. Hand gel around everywhere. One way system to get helmets fitted (I measured my daughters heads), sanitiser at toilets and masks whilst kids were being helped onto horses. Ā£20 each and worth every penny. The girls loved it and said it was one of their favourite holiday days. They want ponies for their birthday nows though šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø Thanks to everyone at Castle Rednock for a super trek!

Fully enjoyed my time their. Janet is very hospitable. We took out 6 year old out to go horse riding. rather than wait in the car we had a little summer hut to sit in, enjoy a cup of tea. Their were little ponds and streams you could walk to while you waited, which made it all that more enjoyable.

Went with a family of 10 all above the age of 20, no experienced riders between us and had a fantastic time. The staff were great, accommodating and very knowledgeable, they told us everything before and during the hour long trek leaving us very comfortable. The trek itself was brilliant, taking us uphill and downhill and stopping for pictures up the top which were taken on our own phones. The ponies were lovely which made the trek easier. The farm was only 4 miles from our cottage we were staying at and was great value for money. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely be back!

Lovely ride through fields. All staff were friendly, two were very knowledgeable and made the experience, one was clueless and kept stopping the group because she couldnā€™t remember directions. Horses were typical plod along trekking horses and we felt safe throughout. A few opportunities to canter but you may be disappointed as an experienced rider. Would recommend for beginners/intermediate

Had a lovely hack! We had a great time with lovely guide Anna and the horses Valentino and Ella. We took the 2 hour ride, which took us up on the hill with extraordinary views.

I rode here whilst on holiday - I can say without any doubt this was the best trekking experience I have ever had in many years of riding. The scenery was stunning, the ponies were well looked after, safe but fun and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. We were escorted by Rachel and Anna who really looked after us and it was a lovely touch that they incorporated several stops for photos into our ride. Also excellent value for money and easy to get to. Absolutely loved it!!

Three adults in our party went to Castle Rednock Farm to try out the Segways, what fun and great value for money. It cost Ā£25.OO pound each for 45 minutes. A training session is given first in one of the barns to familiarize yourself with the workings of the segways, then you go out on a trek through the farm and into one of the fields/tracks. The instructor will gladly film you on your mobile and take photographs. At Centre Parcs it cost about Ā£40.00 to go on the segways, so if you want to try them out and you are in the Stirling area this is the place to go to. Great fun for all ages.
