Went with Lochs & Glens to this battle experience. Felt a bit let down by the Cafe and shop staff (no interest in us whatsoever) so hoped that the 3D battle area would be better but the presenter gave the impression that he had had...More

I was very excited to visit the Banockburn experience. However the experience wasn’t as good as it could have been. The first section is in a large screen theatre type thing... with four screens around you. The animation isn’t great and is quite amateur in...More

My boyfriend and I visited here today, for part of my birthday. The experience from start to finish was abysmal due to our allocated tour "guide". The arrogant, English guide started the talk very LOUD but unclear, his speech isn't that of a quality guide,...More

In the visitor centre they have discovered how to made history interesting. Interactive battle is very much fun. Also monument itself is nice to see.

My wife, son and I wanted to learn more about the Battle of Bannockburn, so we thought this would be the perfect place! Wrong. The first 20 minutes was in this surround-video theater that just had us continually looking around wondering what was going on....More

We were led to believe that this centre was exciting and interesting. It was neither. The 3D is disorganised and not of a good quality. We were also subjected to an extremely rude male member of staff. He was the explainer in the non 3D...More

First stop at 1:30 pm on a cold November Monday was the ‘award winning’ café. It was quicker to list what was left on the menu than what was not available, but maybe the site is quiet in November? Next stop the Visitor Experience. The...More

If you are going into the game display. I would add another hour or so. To walk around the statue of Robert Bruce and the few displays I would probably at the most an hour or less.
