We decided to go for a walk along the pier to blow away the cobwebs ! And it was definitely blowy. Sunny but cold. When we got to the end of the pier we had a delicious hot chocolate and sat inside to warm up....More

Sadly the days of my childhood have gone the pier is a shadow of what it was no colour and cold and dead pan why would you walk along it

It is quite a walk with little ones so be prepared in hot weather as it is obviously all open. Our dog enjoyed it too!

While we were there the Pier was under going refurbishment , so part of it was closed off - we were still able to walk to the end and enjoy the views. ( Needed to wrap up warm , on the wet and windy day!)
