With lots to see and do, rides to suit everyone and free entry, Southport Pleasureland is a fantastic day out for the whole family. Clean, bright and bursting with activities for the whole family, Southport’s premier leisure attraction is sure to bring fun and laughter to every visitor. In 2016 we have brand new rides to experience, new performances around the park by our resident actors and magician, a fabulous family amusement arcade, a brand new coffee area serving beautiful Illy coffee, fun and games on the stalls, gift shop, food and drink outlets and the park is totally free to enter!

I'm not calling this park bad however it needs improvement 1) Slow rides Now I know kids go to the park but for some reason the rides are deliberately run really slowly and they're all travelling rides. The park doesn't feel permanent. If the rides...More

Our 4 year old daughter loved it. A little pricey and the food available within the grounds is very average, but it was fun nevertheless. The staff were lovely with our daughter and we were allowed to take our dog in with us.

Pleasureland is geared up for a very young audience, which we didn't realise before we went unfortunately. Seems to be aimed at under 10's mainly. Log Flume was good but that was about the only thing went on as the other rides were just too...More

Very very impressed! Took our 4yo who loved every minute. Also like the fact that there is no entry fee as some theme/ entertainment parks are extremely expensive just to get in

Love this place and so do my grandchildren. There is always so much to do. Apart from the rides, there are fireworks and at special times of the year, e.g. Halloween, the place is done up all scary. The kids love it.

Won a load of tokens in the arcade, and the machine to cash them doesn’t count them all. That and the normal grabbing machines that let go every time you get something. Maybe Robin Hood runs this but I doubt the give money back to...More

Hi, Were you definitely at Pleasureland? Our Sega arcade gives prizes for the tokens won on the machines and we don't have barriers to our toilets - they are free to all visitors! So perhaps you just got the wrong place to review?

I visited the park in september having already been there on several occasions in the past. Towards the end of the day having already spent a considerable amount of money we decided to have one last ride before heading home. I went to put £10...More

The park was lovely and clean and very well decorated for the Halloween season. There is a good selection of rides for all ages up to early teens, however it very quickly becomes expensive without a wristband and paying for the rides individually. Having said...More

Hi Elaine, Thanks for a great review and delighted that you liked the Halloween theming! Yes, the unlimited rides card is best value for riders but we do like to keep entry free for everyone. We look forward to seeing you again next season!

We went to see the firework show on Saturday 4th November. The fireworks were good but, due to the very cold and wet weather, understandably many of the rides had to close. We had purchased £30 worth of ride tokens so went back the following...More

Hi Joanie, yes the weather did turn bad a couple of times but the rides were open until almost 9pm so I'm sorry if you left before that! But glad that you enjoyed the fabulous fireworks!

Hi, Yes, if you are unable to use the VIP card on the day you selected, you can still use it so long as it hasn't been activated (by being swiped when you go on a ride). Hope this helps!
