Home of the famous Flower show and others, but doesn't offer much in-between. Facilities pretty basic.

Pleasant park for walking and admiring the flowers, or spending time on the extensive grassy areas. Nice for kids to run around and play, but not many benches which is disappointing

There is a car park just past the entrance thats near the water park, I dont know about the charges as we dont drive, hope this helps. neesy-ben

Hi baronhard, As far as I know they are, when I've been to the park, there were dogs there, even at the june food festival. Hope this helps,
