This is an interesting place to pop in with the kids but it is only a small place and relies on charity to fund it. The work done by the charity is important for the area so go buy a pencil for the children and maybe learn a little about the sea side too.

Not always open to the public. Only found it open once. Interesting collection but small and limited. Had an interesting conversation with a member of staff about where to find fossils on the beach. It is obviously more geared to educating groups of children on school trips. Could offer more to the public.

We have visited the seashore centre many times over the years. It is a little hidden away & not well advertised, so it is easy to pass it by. It's well worth a visit for lots of fishy facts & information about the geology & sealife of the local area. I don't know if these still go on, but they... More

Some nice things to see, but it is very small. But quite interesting and hey, it's free, so not a bad thing!

This little place is right next to the water park at Goodrington, but if you are not looking for it you would certainly miss it. Very informative for young children.
