They have different activities through the year such Easter, Christmas, Halloween, etc. The gardens are beautiful and the coffee shop is cozy, the food is nice and I like it more during summer time.

Paid £7.50 entrance fee for the gardens and house which I felt was expensive. The gardens were OK, I preferred the botanic gardens. The house was a pretty ordinary old house. To enjoy this place I would recommend just going to the cafe which is...More

According to their website there is nothing on that week. Not sure about buses but it's all central Durham so it's walkable...
