I got to see how to use different pastry in different ways. I was especially pleased with the raised pie without a dish and it did 3 of us for 2 meals so a bargain! Cannot wait to go again

Never really managed to knock out an appealing loaf but now have the tools available. Well taught with low number of participants and so plenty of teaching available. Lots of good tips. Nice lunch. Highly recommended. My wife seemed impressed with my loaves.
