Lovely and modern but I wouldn't price it at the price it was for the fact that it was very busy and we were rushed at the time we were then.

A visually interesting day out with a variety of different creatures to see. It's quite small and so you could get around in a few hours. But none-the-less it makes a good trip. More for children.

I came here today with my girlfriend and daughter and we where greeted with a friendly member of staff that was enthusiastic and happy to help, interesting fish and things to see, wasn't really bothered that a part of the centre was closed as we got in cheaper than usual price, friendly staff walking around sparking conversations and having a... We enjoyed visiting but a section was closed and we were not offered a reduction in entrance to compnensate. We bought on the day and paid much more, I don't understand why places need to do this, especially in winter, it's an inconvenience having to shop ahead and it only puts people off last minute visits. I'm sure many people... More

As expected from a premier attraction the Sea Life Center isn't cheap. You can make a saving by checking the website or GY tourist office for special offers. Time your visit for feedings times and any special demonstrations/displays. With a saving it makes for a great 2-3 hours. It's very easy for the kids to get excited and whiz through,... More

We took our 4 year old Grandson on the last day of the Christmas holidays for a day out. We last visited years ago, when our own kids were small. Admittedly, there was building work going on, for which reception staff apologised, but the centre seemed smaller than we remember. We had covered it all in about an hour. The... More

The kids (7&5) loved the Sealife centre - especially the turtles and the large tank. The staff were very friendly and informative - even did some magic for the kids. The food was good value (kids eat free) and tasted pretty good.

The temptation of the open seas. Go Alone. Your mind is opened up to the vast range of aquatic animals, all contained in the walls of Great Yarmouth Sea Life centre. I touched the glass, and from the other side, a sea turtle bounded through the water, excitment displayed by the wagging of it's tail. I felt different the moment... More

We were greeted warmly by host Jamie who made both our small child and teenager feel very welcome. We saw the penguins being fed and also the giant sea turtle with animated and informative talks given by Paul. He also kept everyone entertained at the touch pool. The fish tanks were lovely and very varied with great themed decorations and... More
