Lost order.
May 2021 • Family
The place is beautiful and relaxing, but ordered drinks and food, 30 minutes later, still waiting, so asked, if our order was coming soon.next thing the waiter came over, are you ready to order.i said we had already ordered a while ago.he walked off muttering,we have to serve all the other tables too.yes maybe but we had ordered and u lost our slip, so why blame us.not very professional.

Lovely walk
May 2021
Visited here while on holiday. Although it was raining when we visited we found it pleasant to walk round. Think there could be more seating

Best park ever
Oct 2020
Four generations of my family have been visiting this small but lovely park.
As a child, I spent hours playing on the little island by the waterfall, in my own little fantasy land. It is delightful that I can visit it now and see it all unchanged. I may one day, take a grandchild to have the exact same magical experience.
The rose garden and its pretty poem are gorgeous, and once again, are mostly unspoiled by time.
The only issues are that some people are irresponsible with their dogs, there. I saw one woman allowing her dog to chase the wildlife in the park. There were no park wardens of gardeners anywhere to keep an eye on this kind of thing. Also, the pond needs some attention (algae etc).
Fortunately, most people are happily enjoying the park. It's a delight.

A real Gem
Sep 2020
An absolute must if visiting St Anne's, very well tended gardens , immaculate displays of plants and flowers , both at the entrance and inside.
Another , surprising gem is the superb cafe located just inside . , My granddaughter , daughter, plus Buddy (the dog) , and I had a late breakfast on Monday 21st September.
Scrumptious , delicious , mouth watering food, served by a team of extremely polite young staff.
Nothing too much trouble, oh , and dog friendly too !
Fortunately the weather was amazing , as we dined outside. A complete joy from beginning to end . Well done , and congratulations to chefs.

Impressed.
Aug 2020 • Couples
Went to the cafe today, first proper day out since lockdown, I was slightly edgy about eating out.
We were greeted by a very happy young man who took our details, we sat outside as it was a sunny day. All tables were spaced out, our order was taken 2 vegetable soups, tasty, piping hot. 2 coffees, £14.
All tables and chairs were cleaned after each use, it was ran very efficiently, all of the staff seemed very happy and well organised, inside was spotless too, and tables spaced there too.
We've been here many times before covid so that's why we went.
I felt very reassured that everything was being done to look after the staff and customers welfare.
We will certainly go again, it's a credit to them for all they are doing.

Lovely little park for a walk
Aug 2020 • Couples
We were staying at a nearby hotel and fancied a morning walk so came here. It's a pretty little park with a lovely rose garden and little trails to walk around. The pond has lots of ducks, swans and some cygnets. Didnt use the cafe or any facilities so can't comment there.
