Regular visitors with the best ever coffee and owners and staff super. Loads of lovely bits & pieces for sale, ideal for presents and as treats for yourself!

An excellent place to have a light snack or just a cup of tea. There appears to be little elbow room - perhaps one table could be removed.

We stopped by Pots and Pieces for a drink and something to eat. The hot chocolate with marshmallows was delicious along with the toasted tea cake. The order was served promptly and staff were friendly. It also had some lovely gifts for sale! A nice atmosphere and we'd return if we're ever in the area!

A great little find in the rather dissapointing little town of Ross-on-Wye. Lots of charity shops but even more empty shops.

Good atmosphere with little craft nicknacks to buy if you wish. About ten tables serving sandwiches and cakes etc. Good range of snacks available.

We popped in for a reviving cuppa whilst stomping around Ross on Wye. The place has a good selection of food, hot drinks, toys, gifts and, rather strangely, a selection of Moroccan-styled lamps at present. The staff were charming and took great care of us. The only downside was possibly the largest and strongest cup of coffee that I've ever... More

Called in for lunch and received a friendly welcome. Soup and sandwiches were good. The cakes looked very good but we had no room for any more

This is a lovely teashop. They serve leaf tea in a teapot and delicious cakes. The staff were really friendly and the shop has lots of interesting gifts for sale.

A very civilised place to have morning coffee. There was a very friendly welcome, and efficient service. There was a wonderful array of gifts to buy, which also provided an interesting atmosphere in which to relax over a drink or snack.
