Pick up the trail from the tourist office and follow through to this delightful little harbour picking up an ice cream or pasty along the way, a wonderful way to occupy the little ones for a few hours

We visited the Town of Salcombe on 9/21/18. There are many wonderful shops to browse in and some great eating options. The harbor is very picturesque and expect to see lots of rib boats and Boston Whalers in Salcombe.

Lovely harbour with good views and plenty of benches to people watch from. Keep an eye out for the mullet swimming around under the boats, they were quite impressive. On a sunny day, you could almost imagine that you were sat in a foreign country....More
