Went to visit this museuj as part of a group and was mildly surprised. It is in the Victorian Police Station where my husband used to work. Very knowledgable volunteers and quite hands on. Good for youngish children also. You need to ring and make an appointment and usually only groups are taken round.

Went to Christmas Eve mass and the sermon was excellent so very true, I felt at that particular time very down but by the end of the service very up beat and happy. The church is a beautiful place to go to see even if you are not very religious. I was made to feel very welcome and will definitely... More

Just returned after a tour here, extremely impressed with it. it was very well done, I did not know how much history was here in the church and Warrington. I hope to return to climb the bell tower. Thank you to the two guides you did a fantastic tour.

I love looking at churches and cathedrals. I don't take photographs inside as I feel it a tad inappropriate to do so. This church can be seen for miles. It's beautiful. Quite gothic in design. Photographs from the outside very well. Beautiful and relaxing

I got married here, my nephew was baptised here and my daughter was confirmed here. A wonderful local church that is steeped in history. The spire can be seen for miles around and when on my travels I would always look for the spire from the M6 motorway. When I see it, I always knew I was home. Inside is... More

I've been to this church several times over the years, weddings, christenings and funerals, I'm always fascinated with the interior of the church, I spend most of my time gazing up in to the roof space, I'm not a religious person but find this building very spiritual and soothing, if that makes sense, it's well worth a visit.

A fine local church, lovely architectural church, a church has been on this site for over a century. This church is well worth a visit and a photographers dream.

There has been a church on this site for over 1,300 years. The present building, with the third highest spire in England, is a fine example of a Victorian restoration. Not usually open during the week.

Very welcoming for a traditional morning coffee or tea at a sensible price not part of a franchise. The church is a lovely place to take a break from the bustle of everyday life.
