It is worth the short walk out of town to visit this historic building. Spectacular dome and a great indoor space that is usually open to the public. Can be closed for weddings.

Was taken here on the Buxton "Tram" tour. Spectacular building with that echoey hidden secret! Have not tried the cafe as we had our dogs with us but this historic building has definitely got the wow factor inside!

i think you can park in the palace hotel carpark, but you may have to pay, its at the side of the dome
