Not much to see in this centre. Lots of empty units and no independent stores too mention. Shops better in Upper Buxton

Unusual mix of shops with Waitrose as an anchor and empty units. Usual bargain shops including the Works , small Next shop and a Pandora . It’s quite a small arcade and most of the shops are on the street . It’s a funny mix of high end and bargain shops generally.

Searching for the Town’s Marks and Spencers (that we eventually found had closed), we ended up in the Springs Shopping Centre a very pleasant shopping area just off the Main Street where we found a Waitross that sold everyone we were looking for in the food line. The centre seemed to have a good selection of shops, some that you might not expect to see in a town the size of Buxton. Definitely worth a visit.

this shopping centre is an utter joke, shops closing down left right and center. Trespass is being replaced by a place to eat as if there weren't enough already! (total waste of a good unit) bearly anywhere to buy clothes and overall poor selection of shops and the management don't seem to be doing anything to attract new retailers to fill the empty units? this shopping centre's days are numbered with more and more units emptying (trespass, M&S and H.S Samuels) it looks unlikely thats anything will change in the near future. It's clean but it's also pretty empty, don't waste your time if your looking for a good bunch of shops nearby Macclesfield and Bakewell have a decent number shops between them and it's only a short bus or car ride away. Whoever is running this place needs to get their act together since some of these units have been empty for the best part of a decade.

Enjoyable visit to the compact indoor Springs Shopping Centre in the heart of Buxton. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, it's anchored by very good branches of Waitrose and Marks & Spencers. Substantial outdoor pay & display car park, which is coins only.
