Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Mark and Audrey made this experience one of a kind for my sister and I. They were so friendly and professional, and gave us a bunch of tips on where to travel next in Dublin including brochures, websites, taxi numbers, etc. Would go back to Tipperary just for this pub!

I'm surprised there are no reviews for Corney's considering its been around since 1742...

One of the oldest pubs in Tipperary and even in the whole of Ireland, its maintained its historic ambience all through the centuries.
Just stepping inside the door is a privilege. The bar is small, but you can tell it was once much smaller and originally would have sat no more than half a dozen patrons. There's a smoking area our back and the lounge area is snug and cozy. It's generally pretty quiet and makes an ideal starting point for the locals on a night out. The girl behind the bar makes some nice cocktails aswell, a nice touch.
Really like this little gem. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a community Pub that has testing time...and has the most amazing owners...this is your spot! This Pub was more than we could have hoped for and we will remember it forever. While staying in Tipp, we visited this pub twice and besides the amazing story telling and advice for traveling in Ireland, the owners were incredibly warm and welcoming. The pub itself has stayed running since 1742 which is so cool as well. Don’t miss out on visiting this gem!

Great pub to drop in for a drink and has friendly atmosphere .This is a family run bar with lots of old photographs on the wall of location interest.
The pub is well run and has many regulars. On certain weekend nights there's live music.

We stopped in to visit Corney's in Tipperary because it's a piece of history. Met the pub's owners and had a great evening talking about all the weighty issues of the world like old friends.

The main pub is small and intimate but there are a couple other rooms to spread out to if you have a group. Paddy, our bartender, poured us drinks and kept the conversation flowing.

Stop in if you're in Tipperary. It's been around forever and is a great place for a pint.

For you US travelers, Mark is super interesting to chat with because he's been a US Marine. How's that work you might ask - and that's an interesting story. Be sure to chat with him if he's there.
