typical seaside beach with sand great for the kids shallow water for paddling when the tide is out. cafe at back of beach and ice creams nearby. there are usually lifeguards here during busy periods and look out for the mermaid statue

We used a small, we were right at the back of one of the arches under the promenade so all the smoke was funnelled to the other side of the promenade
