Colin was great and full of facts you would not know unless you went on the tour. I know you don't stop anywhere but it is only 45 mins and there was a lot to cover. Would highly recommend, if you are visiting Holmfirth, to go on the tour as it really makes your trip worthwhile.

Typical Yorkshire humour on the tour. Bit chilly on board but it was November. The tour is very good. £8 hour a 45 min tour Round the whole of Holmfirth and the summer wine film locations. Well worth it.

The driver is obviously a fan as there is very little he doesn't know about Last of the summer wine, the tour winds through the valley up and down some very narrow lanes. The views are lovely and the commentary very funny and informative. The bus is a vintage 11 seat affair in keeping with the tour, well worth £8.... More

Lovely scenic tour around Holmfirth and surrounding areas attached to last of the summer wine series' Nice vintage style mini coach which was a nice touch. Informative driver. Value for money but would have liked to stop at a couple of locations for photos. Tour takes you down roads that you would not normally drive down which made it more... More

Admittedly we would never have found our way very easily to the filming locations on this tour, but they were no sooner pointed out than we were past, with barely an opportunity to snatch a quick picture, if you were lucky, through the bus windows. But it was nice to see them. We bought the DVD (£10.99) on the understanding... More

This 40 minute tour, pick up near Sids cafe, is a must for fans of Last of the Summer Wine. Passing loads of filming locations, the driver/tour guide is very knowledgeable, with lots of other local knowlege imparted along the way.

This tour is a must for all LotSW fans. I visits and reminds you off all the series and programmes, Starting at Sid's Cafe it takes you approximately 10 mile round trip about 45-50 mins to Foggy's Cleggy's and others homes. We passed the church where Glenda and Barry got married, the foot path of Howard's rendezvous with Marina, its... More

We really enjoyed the tour, obviously if yo not a fan of the program you will find it so so but still a lovely tour of beautiful countryside. This bus did stop for us on a number of occasions. We think it was worth every bit of the £8 each and would recommend it. Ken Jones
