An average experience. Staff were pleasant but service was slow and a lot our time was taken up waiting for staff. Unfortunately this was the noisiest, crowded spa experience. What used to be an exclusive day now provides families access the facilities and the busyness...More

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Great spa. Great restaurant. Front desk complete disaster. Slow checkout and completely useless to order a taxi. We waited 40 minutes and discovered that front desk clerk did not order taxi-no apologies just a smirk.
