Wonderful place, especially for these who likes animals. Nice exposure of fish, crabs, jellyfish, otters, seals and other animals from the sea and fresh still waters. You can see penguins as well. Highly recommended for tourists

Adult and 2 older kids all really enjoyed our visit. It was great to see my kids enthusiastic and interested in something that isn't on a screen. We all loved the otters, sea dragons, jelly fish, rays, octopuses....well everything really. It was interesting to read/hear about conservation and the staff were clearly caring and happy to talk to visitors about... More

Took my son and friends to th sea life centre. It wasnt too big to get round so the kids didn't get bored. Bit pricey but I suppose the cost of tickets keeps it open.

Attended on a rainy day as we have merlin passes. Good to visit as different to my local sealife centre. Watched the seals be fed and the guide give a talk on them. Staff friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the animals and fish. Clean and tidy in public areas. Just shame it was raining as half of the attractions... More

We came to visit yesterday. We arrived and found that we had to pay for car parking. We paid £4 for 3 hours parking. Not a major problem but a tad surprising with an attraction like this. We now note that the car park belongs to the council and it also serves for people wanting to use the little shop/coffee... More

We visited this centre on a very wet day and we were a little underwhelmed with the place. It did not have as many fish as the Birmingham Sea Life which is near to us and found this surprising as Scarborough is nearer the sea. Also we were disappointed that there were no concessions for pensioners which made the entrance... More

Visited on a rainy day as wanted a mainly in door activity. Been to this sea life center before and both times found it a good way to spend a good few hours. Went with a child this time and he really enjoyed it. So it's a great day for kids and adults.
