In Holland it is the custom to pelt the town clock with eggs on Halloween night. Its a quaint old tradition and one we Dutch like to continue wherever we are on planet earth. I have pelted town clocks with eggs the whole world over....More

We see this every week when we do our shopping in Skegness. We live in nearby Alford. So Morrisons is our supermarket shop. We love to see the Clock Tower with all utshistory and famous landmark of this seaside resort

This clock is a focal point between North and south promenade. It lights up at night and changes colour which looks lovely and effective.

The clock tower is on a small roundabout intersection between the beach and the shopping district, with some good nearby bars and restaurants. It is iconic and unchanged though the area nearby has for the better.

Iconic tower. Marks this resort as something special. The tower is at the head of the main shopping centre & provides a spectacle of light during the dark nights.

This is an iconic Clock Tower that you can't miss when visiting Skegness. Considering it has been here for almost 120 years it is looking very good. Glad to see it being looked after. Looks good at night too when it is lit up.

Illuminated at night. A prominent landmark. Central to everything. Be sure to enjoy the illumination in this quinticential British seaside town.
