Enjoyable walk with our dogs, beautiful autumnal colours flowing through the many large old trees around the park. We saw the squirrels scurrying up the trees and the many ducks in the pond, a park well with a visit a lovely historical part of Darlington

Lovely park for family or couples. Has a little cafe, birds, a pond for ducks and a play park. A lovely little piece of nature and relaxation especially in the summer.

Located on the outskirts of Darlington, South Park is a large Green space with plenty to do. Bowling, walking/running/cycling, dog walking or just a pleasant walk along the river. A wonderful space and a jewel in Darlington's crown.

Hi, Yes there is a small cafe next to the bowling green at the Parkside end of the park. Unfortunately it is only open at weekends and bank holidays.
