The cinema is comfortable with well spaced, comfortable seats. As a cinema, there is nothing to criticise, only praise. However there are areas where improvements could be made. The ticket office seems to be in the wrong place as queuing customers get caught up with...More

Really nice cinema, run by volunteers. Shows films outside the mainstream. Nice little refreshments kiosk where thankfully you won't be able to buy huge buckets of popcorn. Park in Debenhams car park, pricey but convenient.

Really different, cosy little 2 screen cinema in the basement of Ipswich Corn Exchange. Screen 2 has only 40 odd comfortable seats with good sound. Offers a varied programme of what I would call "arty" films. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Great alternative to the horrible...More

Cinemas aren't usually so comfortable. The back row seating in Screen 2 is lush. The volunteer staff are very friendly and the whole place gives off a fantastic vibe. We travelled from fifty miles to see a very elusive film and it was definitely worth...More

Brilliant place. No overpriced hot dogs or popcorn. No fat people munching anything in fact. Decent audience, never too busy and you can take a beer to your seat. What's not to like?

Very overpriced cinema with some awful seating!!!! We were sat with neck ache and an awful angle of the screen. No staff about to help with booking all computerised.

I went with a group of friends to see Suffragette which had just been dropped by Cineworld in favour of James Bond . It's not large and you sometimes need to book or arrive early . It is run by volunteer enthusiasts who make you...More

Been here a few times now and have seen a variety of films, some great foreign films as well as national theater live productions. Friendly people worth a visit for both mainstream stuff as well as some more diverse films.
