Large 30,000+ seater Stadium. English Championship (2nd Division). FanZone before the match with bar, food and coffee bar adjacent to the Stadium.

We were on one of our 6 visits to see the Town play and we just love being in this stadium which is so family friendly. It's great to see a game but so nice to see many young children and families enjoying the game too. Just wish the Team could re-act and give us loyal supporters more wins 😉

Besides the... what you would call "football" (Villa fan, awful game). Cracking stadium, proper old school. Enjoyed being here, very easy to find, looked like reasonable prices I didn't really go to the bar to get anything though just saw it on the way past. It's a shame that when you come down the stairs and come outside the ground... More

I visited Portman Road Stadium as a visiting fan supporting my team, Aston Villa. It's a traditional old stadium with lots of character. Parking was easy, I used a public car park around 800 metres from the stadium. The area for visiting supporters is at the side of the pitch as opposed to behind the goal. Stewards seem well trained... More

Very easy to find, excellent home supporters but poor value for money. No food at half time, all that was left were 2 sausage rolls which the person in front brought ahead of me. £37 an adult and had to queue 12 minutes for the loo... I am not happy

I've been a 5-8 games a season fan for the last 20 years due to work and family commitments, but have finally got one this year with my son and his mate. This year the club have started a FRanzone before the matches for home fans which is long overdue and much welcomed- judging by the well populated response before... More

Nice ground, Good shop and plenty of burger bars outside if you don't want to pay the price of the stadium food. If you do want to pay for the food inside this is expensive but actually very tasty. Right the important bit yes not much room to sit comfortably but lets be honest your at football this is the... More
