We walked up to the top but there is a railway to take the old infirm or lazy. Walked the whole way round the Orme fantastic views, we were lucky as it was a very clear day. Would benefit by having some way markers to clearly indicate the route round the Orme.

We were fortunate to visit on a beautiful day and the views were stunning you could see for miles from the summit. Nice walk round the farm that is on the summit is around 2.5 miles and well worth it ! Will cost you 3 pounds to get in.

Despite an awful autumn weather I took a trip on the very top and after fog dwindled away I saw a really beautiful view all around. Then I took a trip along the coast and really enjoyed it! It's also not that rare to meet goats all over the cliffs. Leave your car in Llandudno take a tram or walk... More

Whether you choose to walk to the top of the Great Orme or around the Marine Drive, there are wonderful views of sea, mountains, and the coast as far as (and occasionally beyond) Blackpool
