The Penrhyn Arms is in an excellent local pub in Penrhynside village very close to Llandudno. The emphasis is on ales and cider/perry of which there is always an interesting range. I like to go on a Thursday when they have a free cheese buffet. Although I'm a local, visitors should have no fear of feeling unwelcome. Also a real... More

My friends and family are always in "The Arms" having a drink or two. We had a fantastic night there on NYE too with fancy dress and a buffet put on my the owners, John and Sharon. The drinks on offer are great with a good range of ciders, real ales and spirits. If there's a footy/rugby game on too... More

This village pub has recently been featured in the Day Telegraph as one of the best cider pubs around. Reassuring that the Telegraph get something right !!!

The Penrhyn arms is a great pub. I have visited on various occasions and found the landlord and staff welcoming and very knowledgable on all the different casks ales, ciders etc. I would recommend to anyone who appreciates a traditional pub, with unique atmosphere.
