A truly wonderful collection of all things from the war years set out as small shops, war offices, an Anderson bomb shelter and much more. You do get the feel that this probably started out as a personal collection and grew into something much bigger, if that is the case then I am so glad there are people out there... More

Was very unsure at first if it will be worth the money. Then was given a torch on the front desk which increased my worries? However; on entry the torch suddenly made sense as a light pointer when spotting and identifying items within the display cabinets, which were brilliant. Really really enjoyed every minute of our wonder around the items... More

Step back in time to the war years of 1939 to 1945 and visit this fantastic collection of exhibits from the era. Informative & interesting and covers subjects such as Evacuees, Land Army, ARP and Rationing plus there's an interesting article about the occupation of the Channel Isles. Reviewers photographs on here, give you a good insight as to what... More

Every time we visit Llandudno, my partner makes a trip here! She loves it and so does our 9 year old son. He loves the fact that he's 'tooled up' with his torch and he heads off to the replica Anderson Shelter investigating! I however love the facts that are provided with all the memorabilia and my partner loves all... More

Very small and compacted but great museum. I would recommend anybody visiting Llandudno to go to this museum.

You are given a torch to look around the museum of a whole collection of all the war memorabilia and there is even a bomb shelter.

A well stocked and wonderfully curated museum. Also fully disabled accessible which is a big plus. The layout tells a story...from the start of war to the end. Lovely contemporaneous displays and a real feel of the 1940s.
