A bit cheesey, a bit in need of a coat of paint, but a good fun place to take the kids. However be warned everything has a price

The pier is a great place for young children you can buy some crab lines and fish off the pier. There's a range of amenities including food, amusements and kiddy rides. Hours of fun for the family

Must admit a love a good pier, but am afraid this is looking a bit tired, lots of the cafes shops along the way did not look very inviting so didn't bother. Hope we just caught it on a bad day

Are dogs allowed on the pier in Summer? I know there are restrictions on beaches but I'm not sure if it includes the pier or not. Ours would be kept on leads.
