As a regular visitor throughout the summer for swimming in the sea. Best at high tide for a quick dip, low tide great for kids and rock pooling.

Fabulous place to go for a walk, long or short. National trust tea room for a well earned break, car park free for members otherwise pay and display. Ever on a very cold windy day the views are great.

Part of the South Downs Park. Very beautiful and unspoilt. There aren’t silly tourist signs and shops everywhere just unspoilt views and plenty of fresh air. Tv companies often use the 7 sisters instead of the cliffs at Dover as they are unspoilt.
