An enjoyable couple of hours. Family run business. Good wine tasting sat outside in the courtyard and tried a full range of their wines. Pleasant staff and even met the owner who came and spent time with us. Museum is tiny and could do with a bit more info but it's free so we didn't expect much anyway. Have been... More

It's a little out of the way but it's well signposted, located far from anywhere you will need a car Family owned and run this little winery has a little museum and a 3000year old limestone cellar, don't get excited the museum is just a few artefacts it would be nice to read a bit about the family history and... Visited here after seeing all the flyers and notices. You need a car to get to it but was worth the visit. Free wine tasting with bread oil cheese etc. Friendly staff although we would have liked more information. We bought red wine and port but all the wines were very good.

Our son suggested going here. We were not disappointed. Savvas the owner let us wander around and then sat us down to taste the 7 varieties he produces. He provides bread, olives, etc. to clear the palette between the wines. At the end coffee was provided. We loved, and bought the red and the port

Lively performance of rural life and historically traditional wine making by owner in a little beautiful wine museum, followed by own-produced wine tasting, shoushoukos making

Had a visit a bit out of the norm as it was quite late Saturday night. The owner is very friendly and gave some good details about the region and the wine of course. We tasted around 8-9 wines and had some cheese/olives/olive oil together with our wines. He didn't charge an entrance fee but the price of the wine... More

This place is a little gem. The host and his wife are welcoming and knowledgable. You can taste any of the wines (or all) in a relaxed friendly atmosphere along with the bread and olive oil! No pressure to buy anything but we did as wine was so delicious. We also enjoyed a coffee on the terrace looking over at... More

The Sterna winery is interesting but somewhat commercialised for the casual visitor. Overall the welcome is good and genuine. The tastings are value for money as you get some good information from the owners son. The wines while generally of good quality are a little overpriced. you can buy them cheaper elsewhere. A rather strange "museum" is on the premises.
