We have been to many aquariums around the world. You will notice a distinct absence of a large shark thank but I thought the aquarium was still thoughtfully laid out and well worth a trip. The rays in one of the pools were surprisingly friendly.

We spend some hours at the Atlantic Sea Park and explored the most popular animals and fishes living in the north atlantic sea. The exhibition is very interesting and gives very nice practically and hands on experience.

We had not planned to visit the aquarium but ended up visiting as we missed our morning flight (had to wait until evening for the next one) and it was a rainy day. In summary it was an entertaining place to spend half a day...More

Not quite, without a taxi. Take along a couple of friends and share the ride (taxis come expensive in Norway).
