Just spent 4 days on the Lehmkuhl, sailing from Den Helder to Bergen, Norway. What an amazing experience... sailed as trainee... learned a lot... met new people... fantastic crew... and a great cook!!! An adventure which I can only recommend!!! You will never forget this...More

Built as a training ship for cadets. Understand quickly why it takes a brave soul to climb the rigging. Easy walk along the harbor and a chance to see some wonderful 200 year old homes. There is also a major history park/zoo along the walk.

We were moored near by so able to take photos but not go aboard, I assume it is one of the bigger sail training ships.
