No doubt after living in Norway for 2 decades that Lofoten has the very best mountain and sea views. Outstanding photographic possibilities in most weather. Unbelievably beautiful.

I would suggest you get to Trondheim by plane and then look at RometoRio on your browser. It will give you all the alternatives. We found it very reliable getting around Norway.
