We visited Spiralen with Norwegian friends. Enjoyed picking blueberries which will later be turned into jam! Easy to find paths and easy parking.

Unusual way to the top of the hill - interesting tunnel where you lose your sense of direction & Nice view over the town.

We drove up the tunnel after paying for parking and parked at the top. We looked out over the city and had coffee at the café. Very nice afternoon.

If you drive there the first time, it might be scrary. Also you might get carsick, when driving yourself. On the top you have the best view above Drammen.

Nice place to see Drammen city. Nice paths to go for a walk in the nature or to ski. Need to pay a small fee to cross the Spiralen tunnel.

In 2013 the price was 35 Norwegian Kroner for one trip. From Kongsberg it is approximately 39,6 km and 36 minutes’ drive according to the web.
