We visited this place during Christmas and it is nothing special.Some common markets and nothing more.If you are in the neighborhood and have time to spend,just take a look.

A neat urban mall with a variety of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Look out for the restaurant Vienna Classic (separately reviewed), and Neuhaus for exquisite hot chocolate. There is also a large department store/supermarket downstairs with an excellent deli counter.
