Oesterreichisches Nationalbank (Austrian National Bank) is a stolid building designed by a pupil of Otto Wagner (for whom the square where it's located is named), Leopold Bauer. During the four-power occupation of Austria following WW II, the structure served as the headquarters of the US military in this, the American Sector.
