The Botanical Gaden of Vienna located next to Belvedere gardens in the 3rd district is part of the University of Vienna. It covers a huge area with more than 11.000 plants. It is such a nice walk!

Lovely free garden with interesting plants. Runs from just off Rennweg to the top of the Belvedere Gardens. A hidden gem.

There are wonderful displays of many types of plants, trees and shrubs to wander through with plenty of shade if the sun is at its peak.

Very tranquil and less popular natural garden, just off to the side of the very formal Belvedere Palace Gardens. A quiet place to escape, enjoy and relax!
