There’s a little park with a pond, stunning buildings and a relaxed atmosphere over the area despite it being busy with people and tourists. Lots of little shops nearby as well.

There are lots of things to do here: shops, restaurants, museums, Opera house, metro station or stops, etc. I walked around this area just enjoying the vibes and watching people as they pass by.

This is a must for all lovers of art and classical architecture. Although the grandeur has definitely faded a little in the 30 years since I last visited, it is worth checking out and marvelling at the beauty of an authentic 100 year old station.

The eighth district is an older generation’s Vienna at
its finest: and this is what makes it popular with
locals of all ages. Josefstadt has theatre, small
independent shops, romantic passageways, neighbourhood
cafés with regular clientele, church squares, town
palaces and shady communal gardens. Trendy hangouts
