We walked up and took the Pfaenderbahn down. The views over Bodensee and Bregenz were spectacular. The walk up on a hot day is really pleasant and shaded by trees. There's a little drink stop on the way up and I can recommend the Elderflower...More

Very efficient cable car service, with extra journeys scheduled to cope with busy times. Lovely view of the lake from the top, as well as the surrounding mountains.

I walked from the Hotel Germania to the Pfaenderbahn. I took the gondola up and casually walk down, stopping halfway for a lovely Radler!

A trip up the Pfaender is a very good way to get a new perspective on Bregenz and the lake Konstanz.

The Pfaenderbahn is a cable car that carries you from Bregenz up the mountain to the summit, which is part of the Alps. It is a quick ride, but allows spectacular views of the Bodensee. From the top you can see Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Disabled friendly with parking near the entrance. Friendly staff and great views from the top. Ice creams and snacks at the top are reasonable prices. Great panoramic views across three countries

The cable car ride is a bit over priced in my opinion. Especially since the activities and wildpark at the top are pretty mediocre. Though older kids may enjoy the trampoline activity in particular. But, if your in the area, I would say it's worth...More
