Kind of like everyone else has said it's beautiful, a nice place for a walk and shop, but not something you're going to spend a long time at.

The Annasaeule is a beautiful column in Innsbruck. It may not look like much to tourists, but these columns are an important part of Austrian identity and culture.

This historical column (made by the Italian sculptor Cristoforo Benefetti) is nice to see because it's situated in the middle of Maria-Theresien Straße. No more, no less.

Another point of interest as you walk around the town. A good photo stop with the backdrop of the alps.

In itself it is an average monument, but the view towards the north with the Town Square and the Alps beyond is wonderful. Surrounded by shops, cafès and restaurants. A great meeting place.

You cannot miss this St Anna's Column (Annasaule) as you walk in and around the Maria - Theresien - Strasse area in Innsbruck, ornate, towering above the roof tops.
