Saint Nicholas Cathedral perched atop the Rock of Monaco. The church was designed according to a Roman-Byzantine style and is an impressive monument. This is where Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace got married and it houses the tombs of the former Princes of Monaco.

The cathedral is situated on the south side of old Monaco between the Oceanograph and the Prince's Palace. Here, Princess Grace married! Great architecture!

This is a very striking building from the outside which looks like it could have been built in the last 50 years. However the interior was very disappointing, it is constructed using very dark grey stone and in comparison to other Cathedrals we have viewed,...More

This a rather plain cathedral as far as Europe goes but is well known for the wedding of Grace Kelly and Prince Ranier and is also the site of their graves. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on the gravesites prior to Easter and we could...More

It's free and that's the best thing to say about it. Not worth a visit. I have visited many churches in small french towns that are much more worth a visit
