Visited this monastery during a coach trip with SA Coaches. Excellent. Fabulous views. Great day out.

Relatively small monastery with limited parking on the side of the road. Church was typical of Greek Orthodox buildings with many icons but no photography allowed in the church. Fantastic views over the adjacent valley and nice architecture. Well worth a visit.

What can I tell you? Didn't see any monks sadly, long windy drive up through the mountains from Paphos. More interesting if you a of a religious bent!

As part of Jimmy's Jeep adventure we walked through the Monastery. Beautiful interior and setting up in the mountains.

It is recommended to get to this monastery even though the road here is not easy and winding in the mountains. The special frescoes and beautiful structure make the difference from a regular place

From lasa it was an easy trip into the hills where we discovered the Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery. There was a Christening going on when we visited, which was interesting to see and when it finished the Monastery was beautifuly quiet and relaxing to stroll around.
