I am not sure why this has been listed.It isn't anything specialist runs parallel to Republic Street,which is where most of the show and restaurants are located.

Just stand at the top and look at the road fall away so steeply and then rise again. It a free and awesome view!

Strait Street in Valletta is a great big long street with plenty of fun activity going on on it and in the shops, restaurants and bars there. Well worth a visit
