Audio visual experience that captures the essence of the Malta island and its history. Tip - go in mid day as its air-conditioned and gives you a break from the summer heat.

I thought this would be a bit corny - but this movie offers a very comprehensive history of Malta. Take the add on tour to the Hospital - the structure, history and current day use is remarkable!

This was quite an experience. The History of the Maltese Islands in only 45 minutes! The whole show takes a short time but it's quite an experience, not to be missed. It is rather pricey for a short performance, at sixteen euros, but as a...More

The Malta Experience is an audio-visual spectacular showing a splendid commentary on 7000 years of Malta's history in a purpose-built auditorium. The narration is available in many languages. Although somewhat pricey, it is worth it, as it is so professionally done.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Started in the small cafe with lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The cinema showing was with headsets and gave us so much background information of the islands hsitory. We wish we had been able to go earlier in our stay.

This gives a good overview to the history of Malta. Theatre style seating with headsets in multiple languages. I would recommend this attraction. Cafe available at the exit with a terrace giving great views over the grand harbour entrance.

We watched a very informative movie of the history of Malta and then combined it with a great tour of the Knights of Malta hospital. The guide was excellent and the movie fun.

If you are looking for wide sandy beaches then you will be disappointed. Most are small and stoney or off of rocks but the water is crystal clear. Some hotels have small 'artificial' sandy beaches by which I mean they have... More
