Was very nice but slightly underwhelming. Probably because of how nice it is outside. Be sure to used the side entrance as it can be a little difficult to find on first view

Even for those of us who are not religious you cannot help but be impressed by the beauty of this cathedral and the wonderful paintings inside. The dome in the middle is stunning

Malta has a lot of cathedrals. I think the most important is in Valletta (co-cathedral) and Rotunda. If you have time you could get for a quick stop, if not just see it from outside.

Located in the heart of Mdina, this beautiful cathedral impossible to be missed. The entrance fee is just 5 eur, so it is definitely worth a visit in the inside too.

The Cathedral is located in the center of Mdina. It is very beautiful inside. Be careful if you go sunday morning. You might find the acess limited due to the Catholic Mass.

It is worth to duck into the cathedral to get a look at the altar and ceiling. It is not huge, but impressive.

A beautiful cathedral in the heart of Mdina. Arrive welt and you can get some great photos of it before the crowds arrive.

Spent some time in the cathedral with my three children (16,13,12). Interesting floor, and nicely decorated interior. Tickets may be purchased next door at the museum.

It's open at six for mass which is fine if you wish to go there for that reason but if you are sightseeing then you will (should) hang about until it is over.
