Do not waste your time checking out this indoor flea market. First it smells bad. Most items in here are new: costume jewelry, trinkets, fake army surplus jackets. The used items look like what Goodwill would throw out.

Only opened on the weekend , so we were sadly disappointed when we found out that we missed it. They should be open for more than a weekend . I was really looking forward to going there and seeing everything.

We found hand knitted stocking hats for our grandchildren cheaper than any souvenir shop in Reykjavic. Great food stand inside and a lovely lady with a stall that kept giving us stuff because we bought 7 hats! Go! It’s fun.

This small weekend market was a great place to check out woolen goods, jewelry and food. Can find cheaper sweaters (must look hard at items and tags to ensure they're authentic) than in the city. Also purchased jewelry and licorice. Great way to spend a...More

This indoor market has a large selection of vendors - half of which are selling their handmade goods and the other half are scamming tourists with fake products at full price. Be aware of this if you go visit. We visited three vendors selling their...More

Fun place to shop and find some off the wall souvenirs. Prices are good. Only open weekends and some holidays.

The market is not 'the best' place for sweaters or much of anything. it is an OK market and worth looking in but keep your expectations well under control. If you are travelling outside of Reykjavik you may do much better... More
