A large warehouse building. Easy to find and worth a visit if close by, but mainly cheaply produced or very expensive items. Friendly feel to the place and good value cafe.

The flea market is much smaller than expected. My daughter found a pretty lava necklace & I bought some salt, but a lot of the items were just junk. (& typical of prices in Iceland, expensive junk!). I did appreciate being able to sample fermented...More

Payed this place a visit during a snow storm. It's a hall with stands offering a wide range of items. Some new, some second hand. Don't expect much lower prices. They know the tourists are there. Shows, hats, sweaters, lavastone jewelry, food and drinks. Nice...More

This market looked far better online than it did in real life. Of course the main attraction in Reykjavik is the Icelandic sweater that most tourists go wild for and you’ll find them here in abundance. The average price I saw for a used sweater...More

We stopped here because we saw it on our way to look at the Sun Voyager viking ship. I love shopping and buying random things but I didn't buy anything. It really is a bunch of junk. It was cool to look at the dried...More

It's an indoor market with a wide range odd goods. There is a small food market, lots of clothes and Icelandic jumper stalls and a cafe. It's not a massive market but has a really nice local feel. As far as I am aware it...More

This is an easy stroll through an indoor flea market. There are many things to look at including candies, meats, fish in the back. I am not sure that you will get a bargain but it is fun to walk around and meet the vendors....More

Great Market if you’re looking for a deal on an Icelandic sweaters, sampling dried fish and fermented shark for free, and knick knacks... However there isn’t a lot of vintage items per say that might find at a flea market. I still had fun perusing...More

There is a modest food market at the back where you can get a variety of seafood. But this is only when the market is open which is on the weekends.
