Good service. They are always willing to help and teach you how to do it. They take their time to do it and are not rushing anything. Not expensive, it's actually quite cheap for a thing to do in Reykjavik plus it's really really fun!

It was really fun, you got some instructions on how to use the bow. I'm definitely doing this again :)

My son has been going there every week and I finally took the opportunity to try myself. It was great to shoot arrows for an hour and discover how much fun it actually was. I hit the target 99%, and was getting quite close to the middle when the time was up - although it was only 8 meters distance,... More

Not that the cold / rain would ever drive you inside during your time in Iceland, but if it did, you would be very hard pressed to find a better way to spend it than at Bogfimisetrið. I think this attraction would be fun for all ages (and skill levels), and was just a short drive from downtown Reykjavik. My... More

I went here with my kids to allow them to try archery. The staff was really helpful and the whole experience was good. We are going back for sure,,

19 of us came here on a Saturday lunchtime. Excellent value for money. Practically had the place to ourselves (as you'd expect with that many.) A delightful young lady explained the basics of archery to us, and later on even let us have a go at some of the more difficult bows including the 55lb long-bow. They were happy for... More

We came here around 6pm and were lucky to get in before it got busy. It was 2000ISK for an hour which I thought was a good price. The instructor shows you how to use the bow and then lets you have fun for the next hour on your own. There were many people arriving for lessons. Some people who... More

The archery centre is outside of Reykjavik so you could take a taxi from the city or get the No.1 bus to Hamraborg (?) Then the No.35 round the corner to Lunderbrekka and then walk two minutes down the hill. The cost was 2000isk for an hour with instruction and tutorial, about £10.50 or €12-13 which is a great price.... More

Their website is as clear as can be "Anyone can do it, walk in of the street and engage in archery, at any time", and this is exactly what we did. We showed up, waited about 15-minutes for a spot to open up and the three of us were firing away. We wished we had more time, and hope to... More

It is a good way to spend your time in Reykjavík. Archery is really fun. Unfortunately, this place is a little bit far away from the downtown of the city, but it worth to go there. It is not so far from the nearest bus stop. But there are many people there, so you have to reserve a pitch before... More
