Although I didn't purchase my Icelandic sweater here, the staff was very nice while I was browsing and there was no high pressure sales pitch. The merchandise was of excellent quality.

They do and I did. And they will help you by email to pick colors if you're not sure and give you advice on issues that you may have with any patterns from the Lopi books.
