The site is under construction presently so no cost to visit. The views from observation level is very good. The exhibition will be very informative.

Unfortunately the building is under major construction right now but you have access to the coffee shop on the top floor as well as the outdoor deck to view the city. We're bummed that the building wasn't ready as their new add ons sound awesome!...More

The building is under a refurbishment and this does distract from the design and architecture. We decided to do an about face and visit the cathedral.

Hopefully this will be much better when all the work is complete and the displays and explanation boards are in place. Views from the platform are great but hold on to your hat.

Don't know what this place will be when construction is complete. For now it just gives a nice panoramic photo op. Wouldn't choose to eat here.

We walked a long way to get to this venue but it's still under construction. So make sure it is open before you go there. You do have access to the top floor cafe where you have a 360 view of Reykjavik.

Great place for taking pictures of the city but watch out for the food which is sparse and heavily overpriced. The place was going through renovation and was very loud. No WiFi.

Yes, you can go to the viewing deck without eating. The actual restaurant is 1 floor above the viewing deck. It is free to go to the viewing deck.
